This new addition to our Moonshine line will keep you coming back for more. We ferment a perfect blend of fancy molasses and organic cane sugar, and then double-distill the product through our still, Kirby. We then add more molasses, local maple syrup, vanilla, and coffee and let the spirit infuse and mellow in a tank for two months. This Dark Moonshine is kept at an overproof of 45%, giving it a bit of heat, which mellows out into a perfect dark rum flavour. Enjoy on ice, mixed with your favourite soda, or mix with local ginger beer for the true pirates out there.
