It is one of the oldest cheese and now one of the most popular in the world, I use our traditional recipe, that mean fresh milk, bacteria and a bit of salt, no chemicals (like 95%of the fresh mozzarella is made today) like most of my product follow the fluctuations of the season, so like in the Summer can be more yellow and firm than the Winter, but is always nice milky and juice and fresh, when I deliver it is no more than 24 hours made.

Very good for Caprese Salad, Pizza, Lasagna or just in a toast.
