This new addition to our Moonshine line truly stands by its name. We ferment a perfect blend of fancy molasses and organic cane sugar and then double distill the product through our still, Kirby. We then add a blend of spices, including cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and coffee, and let the spirit infuse and mellow in a tank for two months. This spiced moonshine is kept at an over-proof of 45%, giving it a bit of heat, which mellows out into a perfect spiced rum flavour at the end. Enjoy on ice, mixed with your favourite soda, or mixed with tropical fruit juices for a true warm summer feel.
